    目的 生态产品价值评价是生态产品价值实现的关键基础,开展北京市生态产品价值评价研究,对于深化“绿水青山就是金山银山”的首都实践具有重要意义。
    方法 首先结合北京市市情,采用修正的生态系统服务价值评估当量因子法,量化评估2009—2021年北京市生态产品价值的时空演变;进而采用多种实证方法耦合,分析影响北京市生态产品价值的社会经济因素,以期为城市发展进程中的生态产品价值提升提供科学参考。
    结果 结果表明,在2009—2021年间,北京市生态产品价值量总体呈波动上升趋势,城区生态产品价值总量和单位面积价值普遍低于郊区。其中,密云区生态产品价值总量和密度分别位居第一和第二,而延庆、怀柔区生态产品价值总量高,大兴、平谷等区价值密度较高。森林和湿地生态系统提供的价值占比最高,合计超过四分之三的生态产品价值总量。经济发展水平、人口规模、城镇化进程、工业发展水平、产业结构、农业情况等因素与生态产品价值变化显著相关,且具有区域异质性。
    结论 北京市生态产品价值总量持续上升,且具有较强的区域异质性;经济发展水平、人口规模、城镇化水平等因素均与其变化具有相关性。

     

    Abstract:
    Objectives The valuation of ecological products serves as the foundation for realizing their values. To valuate the ecological product value of Beijing Municipality is of great significance for deepening the capital's practice of the concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".
    Methods The conventional equivalent factor method for the valuation of ecological products was adapted for the evaluation of the spatiotemporal value of ecosystem products in Beijing Municipality from 2009 to 2021. Furthermore, multiple empirical methods were employed to analyze the socio-economic factors affecting the ecological product value.
    Results The results demonstrated a general upward trend in the total ecological product value during the period from 2009 to 2021 in Beijing. Spatially, the total value and the value density of ecological products in urban areas were generally lower than those in suburban regions. Miyun District ranked first in total ecological product value and second in value density, while Yanqing and Huairou Districts were identified as the top two in terms of the total value, and Daxing and Pinggu Districts were recognized as the top two in terms of the value density. Forests and wetland ecosystems contributed the highest proportions, jointly accounting for over 75% of the ecological product value. Socioeconomic factors including economic development level, population size, urbanization progress, industrial development, industrial structure, and agricultural conditions were significantly correlated with changes in ecological product value, while with heterogeneity across the regions with various dominant-functions.
    Conclusion The ecological product value of Beijing Municipality has exhibited an upward trend between 2009 and 2021, while currently demonstrating heterogeneity across different districts. Correlations have been identified between the socio-economic factors, including economic development level, population size, urbanization progress, etc. and the changes of the ecological product value.
