祁连山国家公园野生动物及其栖息地监测体系构建探讨

  • 摘要: 【目的】对祁连山国家公园野生动物及其栖息环境实行全方位、多维度、多手段监测,掌握祁连山野生动物种群分布范围及种群动态,分析栖息地时空演变规律。【方法】在梳理国内外野生动物监测研究进展的基础上,分析祁连山国家公园现有野生动物监测工作的不足;基于祁连山国家公园野生动物资源和生态系统特征,采用传统和现代相结合的监测方法,综合兽类、鸟类、鱼类、两栖爬行类、昆虫类动物和栖息地监测方法技术,构建综合性的野生动物及其栖息地监测体系,并从科研基地建设、监测数据处理、信息共享、科学研究、人才队伍等方面提出配套保障体系。【结果】结果显示:应用野生动物监测体系能够对祁连山国家公园野生动物及其栖息环境进行全方位、多维度、多手段监测,同时要强化综合性监测数据信息服务平台建设,完善科技支撑体系,加大野生动物管护力度,完善生态补偿制度,重视人才队伍建设,以保证国家公园野生动物监测工作顺利开展,并不断与时俱进。【结论】祁连山国家公园野生动物及其栖息地监测体系涵盖了不同的动物类群,通过全方位保障体系推动数据向管理策略的转化,可为祁连山国家公园野生动物保护工作奠定科学基础,并为野生动物保护管理策略的制定提供指导。

     

    Abstract: 【Objectives】 To monitor the wildlife and habitats in Qilian Mountain National Park in an all-round, multi-dimensional, and multi-means way, master the distribution range and population dynamics of wildlife populations in Qilian Mountains, and analyze the spatial-temporal evolution of habitats. 【Methods】 Based on combing the research progress of wildlife monitoring at home and abroad, this study analyzed the deficiencies of existing wildlife monitoring in Qilian Mountain National Park; Based on the characteristics of wild animal resources and ecosystems in Qilian Mountain National Park, a comprehensive monitoring system for wild animals and their habitats was established by combining traditional and modern monitoring methods, integrating the monitoring methods and technologies of mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles, insects and habitats. A complement guarantee system was proposed for the construction of scientific research bases, monitoring data processing, information sharing, scientific research, talent teams, etc. 【Results】 The wildlife monitoring system proposed by this research can monitor the wildlife and its habitat in Qilian Mountains National Park in an all-round, multi-dimensional, and multi means way. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of a comprehensive monitoring data information service platform, improve the scientific and technological support system, increase the management and protection of wildlife, enhance the ecological compensation system, and attach importance to the construction of talent teams to ensure the smooth implementation of wildlife monitoring in national parks, constantly advancing with the time. 【Conclusions】 The monitoring system for wild animals and their habitats in Qilian Mountain National Park proposed in this paper covered different animal groups, promoted the transformation of data into management strategies through an omnibearing security system, layed a scientific foundation for wildlife protection in Qilian Mountain National Park, and provided guidance for the formulation of wildlife protection and management strategies.
