基于碳中和愿景的绿地碳汇价值实现过程研究

Study on the Realization Process of Green Space Carbon Sink Value Based on Carbon Neutralization Vision

  • 摘要: 中国“双碳”战略的提出为生态服务型产品价值的实现提供了良好的发展机遇。绿地碳汇以其特殊的固碳属性在碳中和愿景实现的过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。通过绿地碳汇的研究成果进行技术分类对比,对基于碳中和愿景的绿地碳汇价值实现的技术路径和计量监测方法进行了技术探讨,针对绿地碳汇价值实现过程中存在的技术问题,提出了选择合适的碳汇技术评价体系、完善碳汇核算的技术规则以及重视碳汇基线调查三项技术建议,以期对基于碳中和愿景的绿地碳汇生态服务价值实现提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The proposal of China's "double carbon" strategy provides a good opportunity for the realization of the value of ecological service products. Green space carbon sinks play an irreplaceable role in the realization of the carbon neutrality vision with their special carbon sequestration properties. Through the technical classification and comparison of the research results of green space carbon sink, this paper discussed the technical path and measurement monitoring method of green space carbon sink value realization based on carbon neutralization vision. Given the technical problems existing in the realization of green space carbon sink value, this paper put forward three technical suggestions: selecting the appropriate carbon sink technology evaluation system, improving the technical rules of carbon sink accounting, and paying attention to carbon sink baseline survey. The paper aimed to help realize the ecological service value of green carbon sink from the perspective of carbon neutrality.
