Abstract: Tourists' environmental fit, immersion experience, and recreation experience quality are the topics related to the sustainable development of tourism destinations. Taking Wuyishan National Park as a case and SPSS 22.0 as a statistical tool, this paper analyzed and processed the data of 236 questionnaires collected, and constructed and verified the influencing factors and relationship model of tourists' environmental fit. Research results showed the degree of environmental fit had a significant positive impact on the immersion experience. The national park recreation area should develop recreation projects and activities that have a high fit with tourists to attract tourists' immersion experience. In addition, the immersion experience had a significant positive impact on the quality of the recreation experience. The national park recreation area should constantly improve the interpretation system, enrich the participation of national park guide interpretation and other methods to improve the degree of tourists' immersion experience, so as to improve the quality of recreation experience. Finally, according to the functional relationship that the higher the degree of environmental fit, the higher the quality of the corresponding recreational experience, the national park managers should not only pay attention to the degree of tourists' immersion experience but also improve the satisfaction and the friendliness of the residents of the recreational community by improving the environmental facilities and management of the National Park. The improvement of environmental fit will help to improve the quality of the recreational experience.
